Affiliation Process

Each membership year brings the challenge of achieving a record year of membership growth for HOSA-Future Health Professionals. The HOSA, Inc. Board of Directors, Executive Council, and HOSA Headquarters staff are ready to assist in meeting this challenge. Let us know how HOSA Headquarters can be helpful.

The Affiliation Process is online and is easy! All chapters affiliate through the HOSA website at www.hosa.org.

Affiliation Instructions

1. To start the affiliation process with Wyoming HOSA fill out this interest form to request the charter number and password for access to the affiliation system. If your chapter was affiliated last year the charter number and password should be the same.
2. With your chapter’s password and national charter number, your local advisor can begin the affiliation process by going to the following link and entering your charter number and password at the login area.
3. Call HOSA Headquarters at 800.321.4672 if you have any questions.
